  • After the sugar dissolves, stir in the chopped pineapple and boil the coconut cream mixture for five more minutes to let the flavors combine.
  • After the tapioca pearls are cooked and transparent, remove any extra water and combine them with the pineapple and coconut cream mixture. Gently stir everything until well mixed.
  • Before serving, take the pot off of the burner and let the Vaifala to cool somewhat.
  • You can serve the Vaifala cold or warm, as per your choice. For an added touch of tropical flavor, garnish with more chopped pineapple or shredded coconut.
