Ingredients:

  • 4 cups (600g) seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup (150g) seedless green grapes
  • 1 cup (150g) fresh blueberries or halved strawberries
  • 12-16 bamboo skewers (4-inch or 6-inch size)
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) honey
  • 1 tsp (5ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1 pinch (0.5g) salt

Instructions:

  1. Slice the watermelon into thick planks, then into strips, and finally into uniform 1-inch cubes to ensure the skewers remain stable.
  2. Rinse the grapes and berries, then pat them dry with a paper towel to ensure the dip adheres to the fruit.
  3. Thread the fruit onto the bamboo skewers in a repeating pattern (e.g., watermelon, grape, watermelon, blueberry), pushing the fruit firmly while leaving a 1/2 inch handle at the bottom.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the plain Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, and salt until the mixture is smooth and emulsified.
