Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Garlic Powder (20g)
  • 2 tbsp Onion Powder (20g)
  • 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika (15g)
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper, freshly cracked (7g)
  • 1 tbsp Dry Mustard Powder (6g)
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper (2g)
  • 1 tsp Celery Seed (2g)
  • 1 tbsp Dried Oregano (3g)
  • 1 tbsp Dried Parsley (2g)
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme (1g)

Instructions:

  1. Gather all ingredients. Ensure your workspace is bone dry. Note: Any moisture will cause the powders to clump instantly.
  2. Measure the powders. Add 2 tbsp Garlic Powder, 2 tbsp Onion Powder, and 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika to a medium bowl until the colors look like a desert sunset.
  3. Add the heat. Mix in 1 tbsp freshly cracked Black Pepper, 1 tbsp Dry Mustard, and 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper.
  4. Incorporate the aromatics. Stir in 1 tsp Celery Seed until the small seeds are evenly distributed.
  5. Fold in the herbs. Gently add 1 tbsp Dried Oregano, 1 tbsp Dried Parsley, and 1 tsp Dried Thyme.
  6. Whisk thoroughly. Use a fork or small whisk until no streaks of individual spices remain.
  7. Transfer to storage. Pour the mixture into an airtight glass jar.
  8. Label your jar. Write the date and Salt Free Seasoning on the lid until the ink is dry.
