  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained thoroughly
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained and squeezed
  • 1.5 cups miniature marshmallows

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and dry orange gelatin powder. Stir with a spatula until the powder is fully dissolved and the mixture is a uniform, vibrant orange.
  2. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping using a 'cut and fold' motion to maintain the aeration and create a light texture.
  3. Add the drained mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, and miniature marshmallows. Fold gently until the fruit is evenly distributed without breaking the orange segments.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the gelatin to bloom and the marshmallows to soften.
