Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp (30g) All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp (25g) Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 tsp (1.25g) Baking Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 tbsp (45ml) Whole Milk
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Melted Butter
- 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) Pure Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
- In a 12 oz microwave-safe ceramic mug, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until no clumps remain.
- Add the whole milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Whisk with a fork until the batter is smooth and no flour streaks remain at the bottom.
- Place the mug in the center of the microwave and cook on high power (1000W) for 60 seconds. The surface should be set but slightly tacky.
- Let the cake rest for 1 minute to allow residual heat to finish setting the center before serving.
