Instructions:

  1. Cut the watermelon into 1-inch uniform cubes or slice into wedges and cut them into sticks. Arrange these in a radial pattern or a neat grid on a large serving platter.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil and fresh lime juice until emulsified.
  3. Drizzle the lime-oil mixture evenly over the arranged watermelon.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled feta and sliced cucumbers across the top of the platter.
  5. Finish by scattering the torn mint leaves, flaky salt, and cracked pepper over the assembly.
