Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) Whole milk
  • 1/2 cup (120g) Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups (225g) Frozen strawberries
  • 1 large (120g) Ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Honey
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) Pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Add ingredients to the blender in order of density: start with the liquid milk and yogurt, followed by honey and vanilla extract.
  2. Add the heavy frozen strawberries and banana slices on top of the liquid base.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest setting, then gradually increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until a vortex forms and the mixture is glossy and smooth.
  4. Check the consistency with a spoon; it should be thick enough to hold a peak. Serve immediately.
