Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) Whole milk
- 1/2 cup (120g) Plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups (225g) Frozen strawberries
- 1 large (120g) Ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp (5ml) Honey
- 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) Pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Add ingredients to the blender in order of density: start with the liquid milk and yogurt, followed by honey and vanilla extract.
- Add the heavy frozen strawberries and banana slices on top of the liquid base.
- Start the blender on the lowest setting, then gradually increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until a vortex forms and the mixture is glossy and smooth.
- Check the consistency with a spoon; it should be thick enough to hold a peak. Serve immediately.
