Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tbsp dried chives
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1 tbsp flaky sea salt
  • 1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp celery salt

Instructions:

  1. Gather all your ingredients on a clean, dry workspace. Note: This prevents rushing and accidentally doubling up on a spice.
  2. Add 2 tbsp nutritional yeast to a small bowl. Note: Starting with the bulkiest ingredient makes it easier to track your volume.
  3. Measure in 1 tbsp garlic powder and 1 tbsp onion powder.
  4. Stir in 2 tsp smoked paprika and 0.5 tsp ground turmeric until the mixture turns a vibrant orange gold.
  5. Gently fold in 1 tbsp dried chives, 1 tsp dried parsley, and 1 tsp dried dill weed.
  6. Add 1 tbsp flaky sea salt and 1 tsp coarse ground black pepper.
  7. Include the 0.5 tsp celery salt to finish the base.
  8. Whisk everything together for 30 seconds until the colors are completely uniform.
  9. Transfer the blend to an airtight container.
  10. Seal the lid tightly and store in a cool, dark place.
