Ingredients:

  • 4 cups (950g) cubed cantaloupe
  • 1 cup (240ml) cold filtered water
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) honey
  • ½ tsp (3g) fine sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Slice the cantaloupe in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Cut the flesh away from the rind, ensuring you don't include the green skin, and dice the melon into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Place the melon cubes, cold water, lime juice, honey, and salt into the blender. Start on the lowest speed to break down the chunks, then gradually increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture looks velvety.
  3. For a thick drink, pour the juice directly into glasses. For a professional clarity, pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher, using a spoon to press the pulp.
  4. Chill the juice in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
