Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups (225g) frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 0.5 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (16g) almond butter
  • 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
  • 1 handful (30g) fresh baby spinach
  • 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Pour the almond milk and vanilla extract into the blender first to prevent frozen ingredients from sticking.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt, almond butter, chia seeds, and spinach to the blender.
  3. Top the mixture with the frozen mixed berries.
  4. Start the blender on the lowest setting and quickly increase to high.
  5. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the color is a uniform deep violet and no visible fragments of spinach or seeds remain.
