Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (245g) Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (115g) Light Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp (30g) Mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chives
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

  1. Grate the garlic. Use a microplane to turn the 3 cloves into a wet paste.
  2. Mince the herbs. Finely chop the parsley, dill, and chives until they resemble green confetti.
  3. Combine the base. In a medium bowl, whisk the 1 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup sour cream, and 2 tbsp mayo.
  4. Add the aromatics. Fold in the garlic paste and the fresh herbs.
  5. Season the mix. Sprinkle in the 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp onion powder, and the dash of Worcestershire.
  6. Brighten with acid. Squeeze in the 1 tsp lemon juice and stir gently.
  7. Taste and adjust. Give it a quick lick; it should be bold but will mellow significantly after chilling.
  8. The Cold Cure. Cover and refrigerate for 60 minutes until the flavors have fully bloomed.
  9. Final Whisk. Give it one last stir before serving to redistribute any settled herb oils.
