Ingredients:
- 3 cups (450g) cantaloupe, cubed
- 2 cups (300g) honeydew melon, cubed
- 2 cups (300g) watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup (150g) fresh blueberries
- 1 cup (150g) strawberries, quartered
- 2 tbsp (30ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tbsp (21g) honey
- 1 tbsp (2g) fresh mint leaves, chiffonade
- 1/2 tsp (1g) lime zest
Instructions:
- Cut the cantaloupe, honeydew, and watermelon into uniform 1 inch cubes. Note: Consistent sizes ensure you get every flavor in one scoop.
- Place the cubed melons into a large glass bowl.
- Add the fresh blueberries and quartered strawberries to the bowl.
- Pour the lime juice, honey, and lime zest into a small ramekin.
- Whisk the glaze until the honey dissolves and the liquid looks smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the fruit.
- Gently fold the fruit from the bottom up using your silicone spatula.
- Fold in the mint leaves at the very last second until they are just distributed.
