Ingredients:

  • 3 cups (450g) cantaloupe, cubed
  • 2 cups (300g) honeydew melon, cubed
  • 2 cups (300g) watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup (150g) fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup (150g) strawberries, quartered
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tbsp (21g) honey
  • 1 tbsp (2g) fresh mint leaves, chiffonade
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) lime zest

Instructions:

  1. Cut the cantaloupe, honeydew, and watermelon into uniform 1 inch cubes. Note: Consistent sizes ensure you get every flavor in one scoop.
  2. Place the cubed melons into a large glass bowl.
  3. Add the fresh blueberries and quartered strawberries to the bowl.
  4. Pour the lime juice, honey, and lime zest into a small ramekin.
  5. Whisk the glaze until the honey dissolves and the liquid looks smooth.
  6. Drizzle the glaze over the fruit.
  7. Gently fold the fruit from the bottom up using your silicone spatula.
  8. Fold in the mint leaves at the very last second until they are just distributed.
