Ingredients:

  • 1 lb frozen chicken tenders
  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for 3–5 minutes to ensure immediate crisping upon contact.
  2. Arrange the frozen chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving at least 0.5 inches of space between each piece to avoid steaming.
  3. Cook at 400°F for 6 minutes. At the 6-minute mark, use silicone-tipped tongs to flip each tender.
  4. Cook for an additional 5 to 6 minutes until the breading is mahogany-colored and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Ensure the thickest part of the chicken is hot. Garnish with dried parsley and serve with honey mustard.
