Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300g) frozen cantaloupe chunks
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) honey
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Cut the cantaloupe into 1-inch cubes. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet or inside a resealable plastic bag to prevent them from clumping. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  2. Add ingredients to the blender in this exact order: milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, and salt. Finally, add the frozen cantaloupe chunks on top.
  3. Start the blender on low, gradually increasing to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture looks completely smooth and holds a soft peak.
  4. If the smoothie is too thick to move, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until it reaches a pourable yet thick consistency.
