Ingredients:
- 2 cups (300g) frozen cantaloupe chunks
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
- 1/4 cup (60g) Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (15ml) honey
- 1/4 tsp (1g) vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions:
- Cut the cantaloupe into 1-inch cubes. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet or inside a resealable plastic bag to prevent them from clumping. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Add ingredients to the blender in this exact order: milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, and salt. Finally, add the frozen cantaloupe chunks on top.
- Start the blender on low, gradually increasing to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture looks completely smooth and holds a soft peak.
- If the smoothie is too thick to move, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until it reaches a pourable yet thick consistency.
