- 2 lbs (907g) cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
- 6 slices (60g) crispy bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup (150g) cherry tomatoes, quartered and seeded
- 1 medium (150g) ripe avocado, diced
- 3 stalks (45g) green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup (15g) fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp (30g) avocado oil mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp (3g) garlic powder

Instructions:
- Dice the cooked chicken breast into uniform 1/2-inch cubes and combine with crumbled bacon in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, avocado oil mayonnaise, lime juice, and garlic powder until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken and bacon, stirring until every piece is thoroughly coated.
- Gently fold in the seeded cherry tomatoes, sliced green onions, and chopped parsley.
- Fold in the diced avocado last to ensure it remains intact and does not break down into the salad.
